Basic Outline of the Events
1. Form your team - Teams of all sizes {five plus} are welcome to join. You only need yourself, some friends and the Holiday Spirit. Recruit five or more carolers to be on your team. The more the merrier. Then call Carol at (360) 779-7219 or email her at

2. Organize Team practices - The teams who practice have the most fun at the event. Youi don't have to be a good vocalist to have fun. Must be a capella and acoustic (no electrical). Along with raising tons of money, we want you to have a blast. Practice harmony or resort to humor. The judges will be looking for both. So give your imagination room. Winners will be asked to perform their one song on stage at the closing ceremony.
3. Get Sponsors & Collect donations - Build enthusiasm in your team to raise donations. Set a good example by raising a lot of money yourself. Set a final deadline for your team members to get their donation and pledges back to you. Start with a base of $250.00 and build. For instance, you could ask each person or family in your group to donate $15-25 dollars {every one would like to hep the less fortunate} or you could ask Wallmart or some other big business to sponsor your team- they love to help the local community.
4. Turn in your donations when you register on the day of the event in Poulsbo
