SIGN IN: 1. All choirs please send your captain, director, or manager to sign in as soon as possible....it would be great to know ahead of time what time you will be signing in....
2. Register and give initial donation....make check out to N.K.Fishline Foodbank....every penney you collect and donate goes directly to the food bank....
3. Pick up your "on the street" donation box...be sure to get the one with your name on it.....ask people as they pass by to donate to feed the poor and help the less fortunate.....
4. Secure your location....Lowell and his crew of volunteers will be there to help you find your assigned spot.....remember must be acapella or acoustic.....if you have any questions, call Carol at the Sleigh Bells Hotline

5. Every choir will be assigned a concierge with a cell phone... MUST BE IN PLACE AT 2:00PM.....
2:00PM TO 3:00PM
COMPETITION: COMPETITION starts at 2:00pm however you may pick up your box and locate a bit before that to facilitate your group finding you....please be mindful and friendly to the shopkeeper behind you...do not stand in her doorway.....you do want to be in place on time as the public will begin strolling early and the judges as well.....your individual quartets
may like to warm up in front of your donation box [before 3] which will also add to your total bottom line...this will be great entertainment and could effect public turnout in years to come....spontaneous bursts of quartets....we would love to hear from them again at the AFTERGLOW.....get a time slot at registration.....everyone invited of course.....choirs and public..........
3:OOPM TO 3:30PM
MASS SING-ALONG: EXACTLY AT 3:OOPM The Home Town Band will begin to play for everyone to sing slong with.....during the first songs your choir master will be returning your donation box and our "certified elves" will be counting up the donations to establish the "on the street winners".
3:30PM TO 4:30PM
Stage Show and Awards continues straight away......Every choir will be invited to sing one song .....this is the "stage
Show" ....... then the winners will be announced and the Sleigh baskets
will be given out ...... ending 4:30......REMEMBER YOU ARE ALL WINNERS!
